Hi there! I'm Josh, a certified mold inspector and it is nice to meet you!

Before I ventured into this industry, I worked in construction. I did everything from framing, to renovations, siding and much more.

During the time that I worked in the construction industry and my wife becoming very sick from mold exposure, I learned lots about mold and how our homes are not built to prevent mold. It really is a huge issue.

My hope is to help identify the source of mold within the home of people suffering from mold sickness. Once the mold source is identified, I will share ways to maintain your home to limit mold growth. 

 

I never thought I would ever say this, but mold is a passion of mine.
